clean room, good location

nice size room window quick response

the room had a nice size. i also found the window and general setup exceeded my expectations. the staff quickly addressed any issues.

awesome location and friendly staff

friendly staff fresh towels

i found the staff really friendly. fresh towels and soaps are in the room. the wifi password was on the back of the door, very handy.

i think the portable heater needs to be turned on longer because the room is still cold. noise from outside gets in, also i heard the front door banging. the shower water isn't warm enough.

Decent Stay Near the City Center

helpful staff clean room convenient location steep stairs water temperature litter issue

The staff proved very helpful, responding quickly to requests. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and hotel generally. The hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants was also convenient.

The lack of an elevator became an issue, especially with steep, narrow stairs. I found it difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower. The front entrance had some litter that should be cleaned.
